Alexis Arnold has been taking photographs professionally since 2001. After living in Portland, Oregon for fifteen years and running a successful wedding and portrait photography business she is now back in her beautiful home state of Wisconsin. Her photography now focuses on business branding and interiors for real estate agents. She also teaches photography courses at NWTC Green Bay campus.

How would you handle a disgruntle customer?
If you have been in business long enough you will get a disgruntled customer. Apologize gracefully and prompt and find a solution. Listen to their concerns. Do them one better next time whether it is extra add-ons or extra time.
What does customer service mean to you?
This is something you want to do, not something you need to do. Be advocates for your clients. Have tremendous empathy and excellent communication.

A person's goal should be to save 10% of their income into a savings vehicle (savings account, money market account, or short-term investment account). The earlier you can achieve the 10%, the longer the money will have to compound & grow into more money.

Jennifer worked in the financial industry for more than 7 years. She considers herself a retired extreme couponer. When her husband lost his job in 2008 she had to figure out a way to get a full time job, provide for her family, and save money. She will share some of her secrets to success with us today.
